processing and shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. If you have a required delivery date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $15 within Australia and $30 for international orders. Insured shipping is available on request, so please contact us if you’d like to add this to your order. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages if insured shipping has not been selected.

delivery

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

We are not liable for orders that are returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts.

  • Customer failure to collect the package from the post office or customs.

If a parcel is returned for any of the above reasons, the customer is responsible for additional re-shipping fees.

international orders

Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We do not cover costs associated with custom clearance due to non-payment of duties.

returns policy

Due to the one-off, vintage nature of each piece, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. Please ensure you have checked the measurements and specified condition of the garment prior to purchase. 

Please note: small or other general vintage wear is expected and does not qualify as misrepresentation. We will otherwise ensure a thorough assessment of the garment and note any faults in the product description.
